We Had Fun Storming the Castle

A day-trip to Dorset.

Several friends and I took a day trip to the southern coast of Britain. Though the tour group was a little more than a little bit sketchy, we survived the day and will live to see another.

We hopped on the bus at 9:00 and headed out of the city.

Our first stop was a ferry at Bournemouth so that we could cross over to Swanage.

On the other side, the bus drove to Jurassic Coast and we got to wander around for 45 minutes.

At this point, we got back on the bus and drove a bit to Corfe Castle.

The weather was simply stunning. I had a lot of fun playing with my camera. I also had fun getting some good gymnastics pictures at the ruins.

Blog shot!

After three hours at the castle, we got back on the bus and headed home.

Just enough traveling for one day. Just enough of a tease for me to get even more excited that Zita and Charlotte are showing up on Friday to travel Europe with me.

Next blog: Paris!
