Tips for Applying for Scholarships

My parents opened a college bank account for me the day I was born.  Of course, I didn’t appreciate it until the day I was accepted to the University of Texas at Arlington, took a look at the four-year bill, and was told that I wouldn’t have to pay any of it on my own.  I’m extremely cognizant that I am in the minority in this regard.
